C'\u00e9tait \u00e9crasant de suivre l'\u00e9volution des services \u00e0 mesure qu'ils s'adaptent et de savoir quels services sont toujours disponibles et comment mieux soutenir nos familles. Dans cet esprit, Swansea Parent Carer Forum a estim\u00e9 qu'il \u00e9tait n\u00e9cessaire de rassembler les questions et les pr\u00e9occupations des parents aidants. Nous avons ensuite commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler avec le Swansea Council et le Swansea Bay University Health Board pour nous assurer que ces questions et pr\u00e9occupations sont trait\u00e9es avec des informations claires et pr\u00e9cises et que toutes les lacunes sont corrig\u00e9es.<\/p>
