Jo hat Erfahrung als Friseurin und Postbotin. Sie ist Mutter von drei erwachsenen Kindern, von denen eines komplexe Beeintr\u00e4chtigungen hat, die erst im Teenageralter diagnostiziert wurden. Ihre beiden anderen Kinder haben psychische Probleme, da ihr Bruder nicht die n\u00f6tige Unterst\u00fctzung erhielt.<\/p>

Jo ist eine qualifizierte, unabh\u00e4ngige Interessenvertreterin und beteiligt sich regelm\u00e4\u00dfig an Konsultationen von Kommunen und Regierungsbeh\u00f6rden zu Gesetzen im Bereich Sozialwesen, Inklusion und allem, was pflegende Angeh\u00f6rige betrifft. Ihr liegt es sehr am Herzen, die Bereiche Bildung, Sozialwesen und Gesundheit so zu gestalten, dass die Bed\u00fcrfnisse aller Menschen erf\u00fcllt werden und sie ihr volles Potenzial aussch\u00f6pfen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>

Sie ist sehr davon \u00fcberzeugt, dass unsere erwachsenen Kinder anerkannt und unterst\u00fctzt werden m\u00fcssen (\u201eKeine falsche T\u00fcr\u201c).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

CHRIS LAW<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Eltern von zwei Adoptivkindern, beide mit zus\u00e4tzlichen Bed\u00fcrfnissen (ASS, ADHS, ODD, Legasthenie, Dyskalkulie, Sprachst\u00f6rung). Chris verbrachte 30 Jahre in leitenden Managementpositionen im \u00f6ffentlichen Sektor. Heute verbringt er die meiste Zeit mit seiner Familie und teilt sich die Verantwortung als Elternteil mit seiner Frau. Chris ist auch Vorsitzender der Gouverneure an einer \u00f6rtlichen Grundschule. Er bringt gro\u00dfartige organisatorische F\u00e4higkeiten und Erfahrung in den Bereichen Moderation, Gesundheit und Sicherheit, Personalmanagement und Finanzen mit.<\/p>

Er ist der Meinung, dass die \u00dcberg\u00e4nge zwischen den Diensten nahtlos und den Bed\u00fcrfnissen des Einzelnen angemessen sein m\u00fcssen.<\/p>

Chris setzt sich leidenschaftlich f\u00fcr Additional Learning Needs ein und stellt sicher, dass Kinder mit Bed\u00fcrfnissen (was auch immer sie sein m\u00f6gen) angemessen unterst\u00fctzt werden.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Ishbel ist alleinerziehende Betreuerin ihres Sohnes, der mit komplexen besonderen Bed\u00fcrfnissen geboren wurde. Sie ist seit seiner Geburt seine F\u00fcrsprecherin und koordiniert seine Anforderungen an Gesundheit und Wohlbefinden mit Gesundheits-, Bildungs- und Sozialdiensten. Ishbel glaubt fest daran, dass niemand Ihr Kind jemals so gut kennen wird wie Sie.<\/p>

Ishbel w\u00fcrde gerne etwas von ihrer Erfahrung und ihrem Wissen mit Eltern teilen, die sich eingesch\u00fcchtert f\u00fchlen von dem, was sie tun m\u00fcssen, um das Beste f\u00fcr ihr Kind zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.\u00a0<\/p>

Sie engagiert sich leidenschaftlich f\u00fcr fr\u00fchkindliche Bildung und die Sicherstellung der Zug\u00e4nglichkeit zu allen Parks und Freizeiteinrichtungen in ganz Swansea.
