Mae gan ei dau blentyn arall anawsterau iechyd meddwl oherwydd nad yw eu brawd yn cael y gefnogaeth gywir.<\/p><p>Mae Jo yn eiriolwr annibynnol cymwys ac mae&#039;n cymryd rhan yn rheolaidd mewn ymgynghoriadau awdurdodau lleol a llywodraeth ar ddeddfwriaeth sy&#039;n ymwneud \u00e2 gwasanaethau cymdeithasol, ADY ac unrhyw beth sy&#039;n ymwneud \u00e2 Gofalwyr Di-d\u00e2l. Treuliodd Chris 30 mlynedd mewn swyddi rheoli uwch yn y sector cyhoeddus. Mae bellach yn treulio\u2019r rhan fwyaf o\u2019i amser gyda\u2019i deulu, yn rhannu\u2019r cyfrifoldebau rhiant-gofalwr gyda\u2019i wraig. Mae Chris hefyd yn Gadeirydd Llywodraethwyr ysgol gynradd leol.
